2021 Conference

Women of Color STEM Entrepreneurship conference

Aloha kākou,

While we continue to monitor the Covid situation closely we maintain our concern for all of our Hawai’i partners and registrants, like yourselves. Our teams have been working to provide you as much information as quickly as possible. We are committed to maintaining your support and share the following with you:

For efficiency, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Prince Hotel will cancel all reservations booked under the conference and issue refunds. If you do not want your reservation cancelled, please contact legacy desk at (808) 882-7222 or email at directly.

For the registration fees, these will be rolled over to the rescheduled conference. Once  the new dates are finalized, if you are unable to attend, then we are happy to issue a refund at that time. Thank you for your patience with us.

Flight Cancellations

While we cannot control flight cancellations or potential costs to changing reservations, we share with you the following information about some airlines newest cancellation policies, most if not all of which are waiving their change fees.

Please see the attached pdf for specific formation on each airline.

Future Conference

In the coming weeks, we will provide detailed information on the website about the rescheduled meeting. Given the dynamic nature of these events, we hope to reconvene October 2020, but we cannot make any definitive decisions at this time.
