What to Support

The Center within its Advocacy focus formed the National STEM Collaborative as a consortium of 12 higher education institutions and 15 non-profit partners to scale research-based best skills and knowledge, resources and practices on access, completion, and workforce development for women of color in STEM. Current initiatives include a Women of Color and STEM Entrepreneurship Conference and an Implicit Bias Map. Your sponsorship will help reshape our national STEM pipeline.

Capacity Building

CompuGirls is a signature component within our capacity building focus. The White House Champions of Change recognized the program in 2014. CompuGirls is one of the few programs in the nation introducing adolescent girls to the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) through innovative teaching techniques, social justice and the latest technologies. Your contributions will expand CompuGirls and increase the creation of techno-social change agents.

An excellent team comprised of faculty, researchers, staff, and students are the foundation of the Center and critical to successfully fulfilling its mission. Continuing to build the academic reputation of the Center and ASU will be accomplished through excellence in scholarly research. Advance our focus on knowledge by providing additional resources through temporary and permanent naming opportunities.

General Support

Provide unrestricted support that helps fund investments in the Center’s operational priorities. Such contributions will impact the overall success of the Center in meeting its advocacy, capacity building, and knowledge aspirations.
