The Center for Gender Equity in Science and Technology hosted the Women of Color STEM Entrepreneurship Conference on March 23-25, 2021. Entitled Wahine: Culturally Responsive Collective Catalyst, the Conference was focused on bridging research and practice to build understanding, identify pathways, and guide changes that broaden participation and inclusion of women and underrepresented populations in STEM fields.

What is Systems Mapping?

Systems mapping is a tool used to gain shared understanding of a complex social issue. These issues are so big and have so many aspects to them that not one person or group can see the full picture. Systems mapping is an approach to help us try and combine our perspectives to discover how the system truly operates.
